Fitbit Blaze doesn’t hold a charge for more than 3 days....solution??? Turn all notifications off and don’t tap on it. What is the point of purchasing the Blaze if I cannot use the notifications app????? What a joke

A warm welcome to the Community @Anikha. Let me help you out with the battery issue you're having. Just as you mentioned, there are some things that you can try like turning off the notifications but the battery shouldn't last just 3 days. So, I would like you to restart your Blaze and make sure you're fully charging it after this keep monitoring it.

I have done that. I spoke with the Fitbit helpline and we have monitored my Fitbit once it was fully charged and it lost the full charge in 3 days. Now I was told to redo this test by turning off my notifications. That is why I wrote, what is the point of purchasing this Fitbit if I cannot use the notifications in order to keep the battery last longer. I’ll see what happens after this test, but if this is the Fitbit solution I’m very dissatisfied with this product and I should have purchased an Apple Watch  instead

I didn't mean to mark it as "Accepted Solution" because nothing got resolved!!!!!

I thought three days is pretty normal for Fitbit battery life. An Apple watch only lasts 18 hours.

Thanks for providing me with more details @Anikha! I would recommend to keep the communication via email as our team is already working with you and they are always trying to give you anything that could work to resolve your issue. I would just monitor your tracker now that you've turn off the notifications and let them know the outcome.

I agree I'm not happy with my Blaze either.

Mine is lasting less than 24 hours on a full charge and the only solution I was given was a 25% off coupon for a new Fitbit. I most definitely won’t be using that because I’m not spending over $200 on a product I have no confidence in.

i have suddenly just started getting less than 24 hours out of my Blaze. i hope this is an issue that can be fixed as its not a cheap bit of kit. and before anyone suggests turning everything off i already have, when i recharge it in a min i will restart it and see how it goes, but jesus it frustrationg. no gradual drop off, literally 3-5 day charge time then on friday it needed a charge and every day since..the apparent lack of answers does concern me.

So now I’m on the second test with turning all notifications off, and everything else on auto. On the evening of the third day I got the message that my batter was low and I needed to recharge the blaze. I only had this Fitbit for 5 months, I really believed I was sold something faulty. Couple of my friends at works have the blaze and with everything turned on their battery last at least 5 days. What upsets me the most is the Fitbit customer service, it used to be excellent but now it has gone down the drain. I will have to rethink my choices next time I need to buy another one.

Mine will not charge at all and it is 3 months old. All they say is try to
reboot it. Seems like more and more of these are popping up. I just found
out they dicontinued the Blaze. I hope it is not because they know
something we don't.
