Battery not lasting and steps/time not working correctly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze is 1.5 years old and recently stopped holding a charge for more than 2 days. About a week ago it started tracking steps incorrectly, and now the time won't even update properly. I have looked for a way to purchase a new battery to no avail. Is there a solution, or is this the end for my watch?

Hello there @JenJJ. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry that your battery is not lasting as it should and that your steps and time seem not to be working fine either 😕

For the battery issue, I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

Now, for the issue with the steps and the time not showing up correctly, I can recommend restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot

Let me know how it goes!

I did just fully charge it yesterday. The battery is still mostly charged, but steps are not tracking properly and the time is off. I have tried syncing multiple times and it is not updating properly.

Got it.  Thanks for getting back @JenJJ

I would like you to fully charge the tracker and once it's fully charge, use it and sync constantly until the battery runs completely out and don't charge it until it's completely dead. The reason why this is important is for the battery levels to be recorded by the app and that way, I can send that information to the Support Team for them to evaluate it and that way see what are the available options for you.

Let me know if you have more questions! 🙂
