Bike exercise

My blaze has stopped tracking the distance of my bike rides. All other metrics are working. Any advice? Thanks.

My blaze won't track distance unless connected to the phone, this might be your issue. 

Have you tried starting the tracking through the app?

@cejh which of the 3 possible modes are you using to record your rides?

Or are you saying that your bike miles do not show up in the daily log? This is true because biking is not step based.

Thanks for the response.  I do connect to my phone when I start my ride. How do I use the app to do the  bike tracking? I can’t figure that out-not very tech savvy. Thanks.

You can't start a bike ride from the app. Might want to try working more with the legend Rich.

@cejh on your Blaze, under exercises their might be one labeled bike, if not it can be added. See question 2.

Mine does similar,  starts tracking then drops out after a few kms. Starting to do the same when I'm running as well.
