Blaze Damaged Screen after two days

Hi Fitbit! I've upgraded from a charge HR to Blaze and have already damaged the screen after two days after brushing lightly against a wall whilst closing a door after exercising! Gutted as just paid$230, had it two days and it's that brittle it's chipped the screen. Please can you advise warranty and repair service? ThanksIMG_7278.JPG

The warranty terms can be found at www.fitbit.com/returns

 

Unfortunately the terms exclude accidental damage. However, if you'd like to contact customer support anyway then you can contact them via:
