Hi All. New to the forums because I've never had a problem with my Flex.... BUT, 2 and half months ago I purchased the Blaze... I love it, up until now.... for whatever reason, it now just freezes up. There is no interaction with the screens, it doesn't recognize my taps sometime and it just doesn't work anymore. I have done the restart with the hold the left button with the bottom right button; it does restart but it goes back to the same way it was, unresponsive to anything.... oddly enough, it still records steps and HR in this state. Has anyone else encountered this? It just started doing it to me 2 days ago.

Thanks @FerdinandFitbit for the help! Sorry for the last response (I misinterepreted the message to Lauren to reset as being directed toward me-- didn't even realize it was a the fitbit chat name). The support center was able to see exactly how many times my fitbit blaze had needed to be restarted and a replacement is on the way.

Thanks for getting back guys @srjorenby @LolaMacB 😄
@LolaMacB, no worries, those things happen and I'm really happy that they were able to notice that your tracker was not working fine and I'm eager to see you back on track very soon! Yaaaay!
@srjorenby I'm sorry to hear that 😕 I'm not really sure how they handle the replacement process but if you are able to submit the video, I don't think there will be much more to do and they will be able to get you back on track as well.
Anything else you guys may need, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

Hi tried everything. Called customer support and they couldn’t even offer to fix it if I paid. Instead got a joke of an offer for 25% off a new one. This is my fourth Fitbit product including aria. Love your interface but your products are cheaply made. I’ll go for the new Samsung watch rather than waste it on junk.
