Had my blaze for 18 months no problem. Now at least 10 times a day it will reset itself without me pushing any buttons. I feel a vibration, look at the blaze and the logo is on the screen and it is resetting itself. Sometimes it just goes blank and I have to reset it myself to get it to start working again as well. It still seems to hold its charge alright, not as much as it used to, but still a couple of days worth. I've just tried running the battery completely flat and now charging it up overnight and will see if that makes any difference. Anybody else had the same problem or know any solutions apart from the good old 'try resetting it'.

Mine started doing this, although only about twice a day, before ultimately dying by not recharging anymore. It was ultimately replaced under warranty.

A warm welcome to the Community @Medradal, @WendyB and @TheCyberKnight thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this issue. Actually, I experienced this a couple of weeks ago and I tried to restart the Blaze and to let the battery drain. When I charged it again, it was working properly. You can try this and keep me posted about it.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. It resets itself a number of times a day, the screen can go blank or fuzzy and it regularly comes up with clock error too a few times a day. Tried resetting, syncing and changing clock but nothing works long term. Doesn’t appear to be any software updates for it either. Interested in a solution.

Mine has the exact same issue! I’m hoping some software update is on the way to help. It does seem to make the battery take a hit for sure.
