Blaze Music Control bug

I own Redmi 3s prime. The blaze's music control can pause/play, increase or decrease volume but it does not change the song.

I could change songs in my old phone but in the new one I can't.

What to do?

A warm welcome to the Community @Sji. If the music control feature is not working as it should, first, I recommend checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device. After checking this, please take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
