Blaze Screen Cracked

My Blaze screen cracked after only a couple weeks of use.  I do not subject it to abuse.  There is not even a scratch on it.  I sit at a desk all day long.  I see that it is a very common problem after reading other messages.  Does anyone know of any place that sells replacement screens or will they make good on it?  I'm pretty pissed after spending all this money.
