I received my Blaze for Christmas. It was scratched within a few days and keeps getting worse, both with microscratches and larger, deeper ones. I am disappointed that when I contacted fitbit customer support, they offered me 25% off of another brand new fitbit. I have ordered a protector that has yet to arrive, but is there anyway to repair this or remove these scratches? I am so sad that my beautiful gift looks like junk in less than a month.

Could you please provide me with a picture of your tracker's display where I can see the scratches? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.
