Blaze Won't Turn On

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

Last night I charged my Blaze.

When I took it off charge it shows nothing on the screen.

I have tried every combination of buttons to power on and nothing happens.

When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen.

Fitbit app says it is looking for the device.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Forums @mcvspurlock! 😄

I'm super happy to hear that it's all working now and that you're back on track! Anything else you may need, let us know. We'll be happy to help! 🙂

@sinda101, I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not responding 😕 Would you mind restarting your tracker one more time? You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. If that doesn't work, you can try to set it up as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

Huh, that's very strange @Aneta3010. Have you tried to restart your tracker? First, make sure that you're inserting your tracker correctly and that the buttons on the module alight with the buttons on the frame. After that, you can easily restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

See if this makes any difference.

Let me know how it goes. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
