Recently the formating changed for the alarm. Used be able to change/set an alarm once you went into view account setting. Now that has changed and you have to still access view account setting but you now have to select 'device' to access the alarm. When I change/set an alarm and save it says that the change won't take place until the next time you sync it. The problem is that the change is not even being saved so it reverts straight back to the last time that was set. Never had this problem before, this is happening since the change to the formatting in view account settings. Does anyone else have this problem.

It's great to see you around @Sue0558 and @Morrisa welcome to the Community. Have you tried to do a force sync at the moment of editing an alarm? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by doing the following:

I can get to the alarm and I can try and add and change the time but this is not working. Getting to the link is not the problem. The problem is being able to get the change to save. But thanks for responding and trying to help. Fitbit needs to check out the problem and fix it...it is not from my end, it is from fitbits end.

The problem is not with the syncing...everything syncs fine, it is the problem of the changes to the alarms that are not saving. but thanks for your help.

I have an imac Sierra as well. I spoke with Fitbit yesterday and they have escalated the issue up the chain as they couldn't work out where the problem lies. I will let you know when I hear back from them.

My alarm is now working. If anyone has any problems with the alarm changes are not setting I suggest that you go through 'live chat' or send them an email. Hopefully whatever they have done to fix the problem was a fix that would help others who are experiencing this problem as wel..
