I'd spend a little bit of time calling support to pin point the issue. Have you tried resetting your phone as well as the blaze? Also, have you tried removing the blaze from your account and adding it back only on your phone? Support will give additional suggestions. Good luck.

As @Rich_Laue mentioned if you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit tracker, your tracker has a Bluetooth "bond" with the mobile device that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the tracker from syncing with another mobile device or a computer.
