Blaze android issues

I'm getting extremely frustrated with my blaze not syncing or now even connecting to my Galaxy S6, it just randomly stopped working with the app, I have reset it, reinstalled the app but still wouldn't connect, the blaze was showing in the Bluetooth options so I thought I would forget them and then reconnect it......... Anyway the blaze no longer shows in my Bluetooth list when searching, I have the app on my iPad and it syncs no problem, the confusing part of all this is that when I am in my car where my phone connects to Bluetooth automatically the blaze will connect on Bluetooth but still doesn't show in my Bluetooth list, also if I go to track an exercise it will look for my phone for the gps connection but can't find it yet about 10mins or even longer it will randomly just connect and say lets go..... Anyone any ideas at all on this because it's doing my head in.

No need now, my wife solved this haha. She suggested deleting the app off the iPad Incase the Bluetooth signals where being interrupted, I did and reset everything back up and it works like normal again.

What is happening is the Blaze is connecting, amd locking on to the iPad. When the iPad is near your phone it will keep the phone from detecting your Blaze. This is a limitation of Bluetooth, and not Fotbit.

I'd spend a little bit of time calling support to pin point the issue. Have you tried resetting your phone as well as the blaze? Also, have you tried removing the blaze from your account and adding it back only on your phone? Support will give additional suggestions. Good luck.

Hello @Rich_Laue@Coreybops and @fudge22! It's great to have you here. 🙂 @Coreybops I'm glad to know you where able to solve your syncing issue.  As @Rich_Laue mentioned if you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit tracker, your tracker has a Bluetooth "bond" with the mobile device that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the tracker from syncing with another mobile device or a computer.

I am annoyed that I reported to fitbit this problem. I use android and a compatability phone .when looking at my recorded heartrate two hrs are condensed into a visual 10mm. Impossible to read and 9 hrs if data condensed into about 20mm again impossible to zoom in. I phone OK but android not. Fitbit say try and find other people with the same problem. My garmin recent fitbit surge and basic peak had no problem .at the moment it's useless .but the picture on the box looks good . Agggghhhh.any suggestions.

Hello @bster welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here. I would suggest to vote for the idea: Zooming in on graphs (android) on the Feature Request board, the more votes it gets it has more opportunities to be noticed by our developers.
