Blaze battery drain

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My blaze is about 2 years old now and I’ve never had any problems with it until now, I charged it fully last night and by midday today it had completely drained of battery. I have now fully charged it and now it is not detecting my heart rate either.

It's great to welcome you @Dreamercl22 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I am sorry to hear about the battery issue you are experiencing with your Blaze and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

I have tried all of the instructions but I am still having the same problem.

I do realise that things don’t last forever but I don’t think 2 years is that long for something that costs quite a lot of money.

Thank you any help would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same issues, just yesterday my blaze would be display the incorrect time and went from have charge to dead in 1 hour. Then today the heart rate monitor stopped working. And it is exactly two years old this week. Any ideas? Or recommendations for ditching the blaze for another brand?

I’m having a similar problem. About 2 weeks ago my Blaze was working just fine - holding a charge for 2-3 days. Then I went on a bike ride and wanted to set my Blaze to track my ride, but the screen was frozen on the Fitbit logo. I charged it when I got home and left it all night. When I got up the next morning and put my Fitbit on, it was fully charged. After about 4-5 hours it had died! It did the same thing the following day. I’m pretty bummed.

My blaze only worked 6 months until the battery did not hold a charge. Had a replacement Blaze sent out last week and after being fully charged will be empty within 45 minutes. So frustrating!!  The Blaze has been having many issues with the battery; that might be the main reason it was discontinued.
