Hi everybody! I don't usually uses blaze while I work. I put it on the table. After about four hours, the blaze turned to 60% batteries from 100%. Any power-down mode can I use in the blaze?

It appears that the Blaze was a poor design and shouldn't'  have been  released.  I will take a hammer to the useless Blaze and there 25% discount offer doesn't seem like good business practice for there reliesing a product that was poorly designed in the first place.  They won't fix it because it's over 1 year.  It appears there design standards are based on a 1 year life.

Totally agree!! My recommendation, unfortunately and based in my experience with 3 Blazes... forget about Fitbit... NEVER EVER again.

I will never give an opportunity for such a make that has done a so poor design. It is not a failing component or product, that everybody could understand... and the worse support I saw in my life.

Sorry  doesn't help.  Fitbit put out a flawed product and many have hd issues.  When the auto industry has a problem they recall and or replace them with a version that works..

Best Answer
My issue with Fitbit is their stubborn refusal to acknowledge that the Blaze is a flawed product, a lemon, and that it should have been recalled with the offer of a full refund or a fair alternative replacement. With so many failures of a similar nature, the Blaze is a lemon. That's why it's recommended that you look closely at competitor devices, especially at customer complaints and the company's effort to address issues and malfunctions with their products. It's obvious that Fitbit chooses to not acknowledge the Blaze battery charge flaw.

Please be advised that when you design and develop a product to sell to consumers it should last more then 1 year. I have 2 Blazes and after the 1 year warranty  expires they both fail and then once again you get buy a new one your warranty has expired.  This to me is poor management and maybe you should design and build them in the USA and not China and maybe you would get a better product.  I have worked with China and have saw first hand that they substitute parts that are inferior to make more profit.  Why don't you just admit that the Blaze has issues and probably is related to having it built in China!!

I will try this solution also.  Heaven knows I've tried everything else!

Further, I trust the warranty for the IONIC runs for 1 year from delivery now and not just for the balance duration of the BLAZE's.. any ideas ? Tks

Hahaha. Fitbit warranties replacements for 30 days or the length of the original warranty so it's unlikely they'll warranty it for another full year. I've dealt with my share of Surge issues, trusted that things got better with the Blaze and I'm now stuck in a warranty mess. I sent back my entire Blaze (since the required contents were not specified) and now they can't replace my GunMetal Fitbit since they don't have stock. It's been escalated to a "higher team" for review so we'll see what happens.

Im confused.  Why are the users having to remove some of the best features of the product, just to keep their battery charge?  I could understand that these measures increase battery from 4/5 days to 5/6 days, but my adverstised 5 day battery is currently lasting 12/18 hours

My battery died after only 1 year and they told me too bad!!! Fitbit would only give me 25% off a new blaze! Fitbit sucks!!!! So I bought a new Garmin and it’s so great! Battery last 7 days now!!!

I hate that the Blaze’s battery doesn’t last long….Apple watches have to be charged daily if not more and I don’t hear those people complaining about that – and they cost way more than fitbit

That's ok if they work, well worth it. Blaze obviously doesn't, waste of money!

My Blaze battery has just stopped charging all together. Fitbit's solution was "here is 25% off to buy something else".

No thanks. You don't stand by your products but I should buy another one?

That's cool. I'll make the investment and go to apple watch.

My blaze used to last about 5 days and now barely lasts one. And the heart rate tracker stopped working. The green light still flashes but is much slower than it used to be. Is there anything to do?
