Blaze battery draining

I took a video that shows the firmware/software issue with the Fitbit Blaze that is affecting the battery. It's going down to about half charge without any use from a full charge for no reason whatsoever, all I did was reset the watch. I can put it back in the charger and it will state it's charging again.

 

@AlejandraFitbit, please pass this along to the support/dev team. This issue needs to be resolved.

I am sorry to hear about the battery issue you are experiencing with your Blaze. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already created a case, which I think is great since they will be glad to help you out and provide you with a solution.
