My blaze shows full charge on the dashboard but one bar on the tracker. It won't charge when in the cradle. It dies when trying to use. In the cradle it's on but the battery bar flashes on the top right. It's been charging for over 24 hours which is more than enough time. I've also cleaned the contacts as directed. Any help would be appreciated.
Hmm thats weird. So does my charge HR. I suggest you should contact support

A note about the dashbiard, it only knows the battery status during the last time your tracker communicated with the Fitbit server, are what would be called a sync.. You dashboard will tell you how long ago that was
