I received my blaze April 5 this year for my birthday. It held a charge for 4 days and tracked sleep patterns great until the update on 5/7.
Now it holds a charge for about 12 hours, the HR monitor works sometimes and sleep tracker hasn’t tracked a few nights.
Ive fully charged it every time, I’ve reset settings, turned off and on, powered off iPhone, etc. nothing has helped.
It’s starting to get to the point these issues need to be fixed or I’m buying a Garmin.
Seems there are a lot of people having this issue since the beginning of the Blaze.
Does anyone know the fix to this?

Just got off of chat with customer support about battery issues and mismatched information from synced and device with no help. I was given the BS story about overcharging the device makes the battery wear improperly even though I charge it when it is **ahem** near dead per device display. I have been generously offered a 25% discount on a new device even though my device is less than 5 months old. Please let me spend another $200, sorry $175, on something that last less then a year. I was even contemplating upgrading to the Versa just for the hell of it but that won't happen...

I returned the Blaze and went with Garmin. So far, I like it a lot better. I love the built in GPS and satellite view of my runs.
The data views are much more in depth also.
Good luck with those staying with a product and company who can’t get their **ahem** together.
