Hi there @groberman. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that the battery on your Blaze is not lasting as it should 😕

A battery charge should last for at least 5 days with a regular usage and charging the tracker more than once a day is definitely not how it should be. For this reason, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and get you back on track based on your warranty status.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions and if there's anything else you may need, let me know. I'm here to help!

Ditto! Mine has been intermittent from the moment I go it - could last 5 days and other times it doesn't even last 2 days! I charged mine yesterday morning because it was flashing red dying battery.... and tonight the same!! Went from a medium battery this morning to a dead battery this evening. Not happy

It's happening again, same thing. Started maybe a day or 2 ago. 24hs max charge. Notifications off and all day sync off.

It's great to see you around @rednut and @keithkowal. If you are experiencing issues with your tracker's battery, I suggest visiting this post  and follow the steps you will find there. Now:

  • You can't replace the battery, just the pebble (if applicable).
  • There isn't a site where you can purchase the pebble.
  • Fitbit can replace a tracker, for more information take a look at our warranty policy. Or if you are in the warranty period from the place where you purchased your tracker you can check with them if you apply for a replacement.

@groberman Thanks for the update, I would like to know if you have received news from our support team? If you haven't, you can check your spam folder for an email from them.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

My Blaze will not hold a charge either.  It lasts about 1 and a half days at most.

Got 48hrs from the charge after the post. Recharged it and get less than
24hrs this time.

I got a little more than 48hrs after I had sent the post. Recharged late last night(after midnight) and it's dead now at 6:53pmAST.
