Blaze blackouts

My blaze is having "blackouts".  It loses time and does not track steps.  What is happening?

It's great to welcome you @bakerKP1. Have you checked if your battery is lasting the time it should? If it isn't, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, you can restart your tracker.

No, when the blackouts happen, the only way to wake it up is to sync it. I have done all the steps that you indicated. It is frustrating because I can lose entire workouts.
