Blaze button not working

Can any help with this. 

So the button on the left hand side of my blaze is not working. 

I tried resetting but as button is unresponsive its not working.

I can't email anyone as fitbit support email no longer works. 

I've tried live chat 3 times now and it keeps crashing, losing the will now 😣😔
