I recently upgraded to a Blaze from the Fitbit Charge HR. I receive notifications for texts, emails and calendar but not call notifications. Is anyone able to help me with this problem as it is a big problem for me. I relied very heavily on call notifications on my Charge HR and now am missing a number of phone calls because I am not getting notifications on the Blaze.

It's great to have you here @SunsetRunner! It's pretty weird that you're not receiving call notifications. I would like you to try this troubleshoot My tracker isn't receiving notifications from my Android mobile device.
Also, reply to the following questions to get more details about this issue:
- Did you do anything different than when you were using Charge HR?
- Are you not receiving call notifications at all?
- What phone are you using?
Keep me posted.

I have an LG-V20, Android 7.0, and all notifications work except the call notifications. They come in as "caller unknown" even though the caller is listed on my contacts. This was the main reason I wanted the Blaze was so I could see who was calling me.

Hey there @gwegwe! Currently, LG V20 isn't listed as a supported device. This may be the reason why it's not showing the notification properly. One little thing that you can try and may work is change the phone contact to Google contact and the name should change.
Some phones have the option to save the contact in both such as phone and Google contact. You should be able to change it from where the contact is saved, so change the contact to Google address book and then make a synchronization.
It's great to have you here @lowder55 and @SunsetRunner! I would like you to make sure, you're following this procedure to set up call notifications. Are you getting any error while setting them up? Is it the first time this happens?
Hope this helps.
