I'm sorry you're having problems with this. Is it just an exclamation mark that you're seeing on the display or is it a battery symbol with the exclamation mark inside? If it's with the battery, maybe the update drained the battery and you just need to put it to charge for a while. If that's not the case, you can try to restart your tracker and see if this makes any difference.
You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Let me know if this helps!
