Blaze constantly vibrates

My Blaze vibrates constantly until the battery dies. If I shutdown, it still vibrates while being off. As soon as it charges and turns back on, so does the vibration......

I can still push all 3 buttons, so none of them are stuck. No clue what to do.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I did the first route with no success. Contacted support and they sent me a new one. Thank you.

A warm welcome to the Community @BThack, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB  for stopping by.

I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new tracker, at the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Happy stepping. Smiley Happy
