Blaze working fine till this week. Wont sync with phone, the only way i can get it to sync is uninstalling the device and the app and reinstalling both. Its a complete pain when you want to log sleep pattern
I've tried the full synce process and still nothing. Phones bluetooth picks up device fine and everything on bluetooth including the neighbours alta. Any ides or do I have a blaze that has gone wrong?
Best AnswerRemoving the yracker from your account at best will do nothing, at worst will complicate things.
Restarting the tracker and the phone also removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth settings screen are the main 3 steps.
Try a sync after each one, then next time youll knoe what to do.

Removing the tracker has been the only way to get to sync after trying every other step ( bluetooth removal, wifi disablement, location settings, security updates etc)
Restarting the tracker made no difference, removed from bluetooth and then it couldn't find the tracker, uninstalled everything and reinstlalled and bingo everything seems normal again. We'll see how long it lasts

Whenever your tracker isn't syncing at all, you should try this procedure to get it working again. Are you getting any error message that's not letting your tracker connect with your Dashboard?
