Blaze display isn't working

I just changed the face  design and my Fitbit is dead, black screen, will not charge or Sync, any suggestions?

Hey there @sumadscientistThe battery of the Blaze can last up to 5 days. Is your Blaze lasting this days? Also, you may want to check the Tips to maximize the battery life of your Blaze Options

Welcome to the Community @sumadscientist and @Nato42! I would like you to restart your tracker. If the display works properly after the restart then change the clock face to any other using your computer: 

 

- Go to your Dashboard > click on setting 

- Blaze > clock display > choose one

- Do a force sync to get the change 

 

Let me know how it goes after the restart.

I drained the battery and let it sit a day.  It charged and sync last nite.  I had 3/4 battery this morning and now it is telling me i am low.  I did 2 workouts today.  Is the battery under those conditions normal drainage?

Hold the left button and lower right button together until your Fitbit resets, your data will still be there.

Im also having the similar problem. The display is on while charging but as soon as you take it off the charger, the display is dead. Tried the above instruction to restart but no luck. someone please help. Thanks

My Blaze is having a similar issue-- the display screen is blank.  Over the course of 1 day it went from properly lite screen to fading to black screen.  I've tried to restart it (holding the left button and lower right button together) and can feel the Blaze "vibrate" almost immediately upon doing this.  However, I still can not see anything on the screen.  It feels like the Blaze is functional but the display is still blank.

Help!
