There is a strange problem with my Fitbit Blaze, the touch on it stops working when the battery is low. After being charged 100% the touch starts working normally. Again after the battery level goes down, the touch stops responding. Other functions work as they should, it is only the display which doesn't respond to touch. I have tried doing the reset more than 10 times. I am sure there has to be a fix for this.

Hi there @ssingh9128. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not responding when the battery is low. Thanks a lot for attempting to restart your tracker to get this to work though!
Since restarting your tracker doesn't make a difference, I can probably recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know how it goes after that!

Thank you for responding. I have tried setting it up as a new device as well, still no help. Right now I am on 80% battery, still the touch is not responding. Can you please any other solution?
