Hi,
I was hoping someone can help. my Fitbit Blaze keeps flashing the Fitbit icon on the screen and it won't do anything else. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

A warm welcome to the Community @MFRD136.
Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it. After this process, you can try to set it up as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

Was there any further information on this problem. My blaze is frozen with the fitbit logo on the screen, not reacting to pressing buttons or putting into the charger.

Mine froze last week. I've reset it about 20 times. The screen flashes but it's still frozen on the logo.

Mine frozen yesterday during a road trip. It died before reaching my destination. Had lots to do in a short amount of time. Just got home and plugged my Fitbit in. Still stuck a the Fitbit logo. Reset did not help. Will be calling Support tomorrow. Funny thing, I had trouble charging last weekend. Called in to support but it had charged over night.

Welcome to the Community @tomiemba, @Ihend26 and @houston_og great to see you around.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you have tried the instructions I provided in my previous post? If you haven't, please try those steps.
Keep me posted.

Alejandra,
Tried your instructions but no Fitbit was found. My Fitbit Blaze seems to do nothing but the Fitbit logo. If I do a reset (left button and bottom right button) it does reset but show a low battery warning. I plug it in and the Fitbit logo comes back but never advances past that point.

I've been having the same problem since the Blaze's battery ran down a few days ago and I recharged it. Per the advice here I have held the left button and lower right button for 12 seconds and longer and nothing happens except that the logo lashes more brightly temporarily.
Another suggestion was to let the Blaze's battery run down to its low point and recharge it from that there. That only seemed to recharge it and leave it with the logo showing.
I hope there is another solution to resolve this. Thanks
