Blaze draining almost immediately.

Hi.

I have had my blaze for a few months now, but recently it stopped tracking my sleep, heartbeat and active minutes.  I reset it a couple of times, but it made no difference, then one day it all started working again, so I thought it was just a small glitch.  However, I charged it two nights ago and the battery was dead this morning (I've not been very active in that time).  This morning I put it on charge and it said it was fully charged.  I put it back on my wrist and now the battery has died again!  Literally seconds after it was taken off charge!  Can anyone help?

Hi there @Beyerkel @leighpj, great to see you in the Forums! 🙂

@leighpj, I'm happy to hear that you're getting your tracker replaced and that soon you'll be back on track!

@Beyerkel, At the moment, there's nothing confirmed on a general bug or something like that but our team is investigating this, thanks for bringing it up.

It's great that you were able to get in touch with the Support Team. Hopefully they have good news for you.

@Gabaroki, Good to see you around! 🙂

I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

Anything else, I'm here to help!

Great @Gabaroki! Please make sure to sync it every 30 minutes or so in order to get the logs in the app and that way we can take a deeper look and get you back on track!

I'll be looking forward for your reply! 🙂

I'm having the exact problem - did you ever get a resolution?

No. I still need to call them but I doubt it will get resolved with them. So I went back to wearing my Flex.

I was having this problem.

i didn’t get very far at first but then I filmed it and sent the email to customer services - it was still under warranty so I sent it back and they sent a brand new one out. No issues so far with the new one 😊

Hello my Fitbit Blaze is doing exactly the same as @Everetta.

Does not stay charged. As soon as it comes off the dock it dies and I’ve tried what you suggested.

been holding off for the ionic, but would like to get this blaze working again to restore my faith.

can you help please? @FerdinandFitbit

My Blaze died and I went back to my FitBit Flex!!! Blaze sucked and I probably won’t upgrade until my Flex dies!
