I have synced my Fitbit, it was close to 2200 calories burnt, I synch my Fitbit and it’s dropped to 2023. It’s also showing on my food logged than I’m now over 200 calories my daily consumption whereas before I had calories spare.

Hi there @Alicewhibberley, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided. I'd like to take a closer look at the situation.

Could you take some screenshots of your total calories at a specific time and some of when it goes down? That'd help me better understand what is going on and why.

Has this happened ever since or before? It is possible that it could've been a one time thing. Additionally, it is also possible that it could've happened because some activity that was already logged on your account was overwritten by data from your Fitbit which led to the calorie count to be decreased.

In the meantime, I'd recommend trying the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Blaze
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

As a friendly reminder, in case you're using Strava along to your Fitbit, note that after linking your accounts you may see some differences in the way data is calculated for your exercises on each site. For more information, see Strava's Calorie Calculation article

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.
