Blaze dying

My Blaze has been shorting out or something 😞 It started with the two side buttons (same side) completely not working, than the device started getting hot at random times, finally the display began flashing (not quick view but like going on/off in quick succession instead of staying lit up) and the flashing was getting faster and faster, essentially making the device unusable 😞 I have stopped wearing it completely because all of the issues together make me concerned to have it on my body at all, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it exploded or burned me at this point so I'd rather be safe but, I MISS MY FITBIT 😞 😞 Restarting doesn't work at all because of the broken buttons, it hasn't been dropped, submerged or tampered with and I'm honestly at a complete loss as to how/why this is happening. Thanks for any help you can give!

I would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team? Did they offer you a solution for the issues you have been having with your Blaze?
