Can't setup my Blaze

I’m trying to setup my new Blaze. When I click “I accept” on the terms and conditions page, nothing happens and it won’t let me continue on.

Could you show a screen shot? Sounds like you are having difficulty setting up an actual account first. If it is in the app, try setting it up on a PC.

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting it and make sure that you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
