Blaze frozen on Fitbit logo screen

My Blaze is frozen on the logo screen. Every 30 seconds or so it vibrates, but the screen remains frozen. I’ve tried to rest it multiple times, but nothing changes.

The same thing just happened to me, it has 3 Fitbit logos on it and won't shut off or do anything but vibrate about every 30 seconds

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
