Blaze won't sync to my iPhone. Went away for two days. Have not been able to sync since returning home.

Welcome to the Community @SlimAndSlender. If your Blaze is not syncing, I recommend following the Syncing Troubleshoot directly from your iOS Fitbit app.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I have Android so not sure about iPhone. Sometimes my phone drops the Bluetooth Blaze Classic connection and I have to reconnect under Bluetooth. Seems to happen after having Bluetooth head phone and starting car before headphones have turned off.

@mPeace38 Bluetooth Classic is not for syncing, it's used for music controls. Syncing is done by low energy Bluetooth and will show separately in your list of Bluetooth devices.

Hi,

as far as I know, Bluetooth Classic isn't used at all when Blaze is paired with an iPhone via BT because Blaze uses the extrended BT LE protocol offered by iOS to control Music on the iPhone. Therefore, when BT LE pairing is working correctly, Bluetooth Classic doesn't appear in Blaze's settings while paired with an iPhone.

Stefan

My understanding is that unlike Android, music on the iPhone is controlled through the BTLE
