I am so beyond frustrated at this point.
No I haven't got it wet I've no idea what's going on. I've called text support I have done everything they said that have people email me but nothing's happened. I haven't had those Fitbit that long and I already want to get rid of it due to it's haven. I still have green flashing lights so it's trying to indicate that have a heartbeat but is not showing up none of my stuff is saving. I'm just so beyond frustrated I'm about to switch to an Apple watch.

Hi
From SA. Having the exact same problem. Its flippin frustrating. Tried all the troubleshooting tricks but nothing works. On top of this these device are expense and then they dont last. Seems like manufacturing faults on the Blaze and Fitbit should replace it. Goodluck

Hi Alejandra,
I'm having the same issues. My fitbit is intermittent at best at recording heart rate. I've used the troubleshooting guide to reset the blaze, tried the different auto and on settings for heart rate monitoring, all to no avail. It was working this morning briefly, but has again stopped. The green lights are flashing but nothing is being recorded. It is frustrating because the sleep monitoring function is unreliable, and I use the cardio and fat burning indicator to ensure I'm working at the correct level when exercising. Can you help sort this out please?
Thanks,
Matt
