Blaze heart rate monitor stopped working

My heart rate monitor stopped working on 06/16/18. I shut down the Blaze in settings and pressed the left button and lower right button too. I made sure it’s still set for auto detection on the Blaze and the app. I changed them both to on too but it still doesn’t

work. I called Fitbit’s “helpless” desk. I purchased this thing in April of 2017so the only option was a 25% off option for a new one BUT only from Fitbit’s webpage. Guess what? They don’t have the Blaze for sale in large so I’m screwed.

This wil probably be my last Fitbit.

I'm having the same experience.  Do you also notice that where the bright green lights should be, there is a tiny green light in the center of each of the 2 LEDs?  Kind of like a pilot light is on but the oven isn't firing up.

Heart rate monitoring on my Blaze just started acting up over the last several days and now is very erratic at best.  I've gone through all the resets and turning it off and back on, etc. and nothing.  First noticed the LED's blinking slowing, like once every second when in Auto mode which didn't seem normal.  Changed it to On and the LED's blinked rapidly as normal but still had problem detecting heart rate.  Now only one LED is functioning and it will only work when set to On and the now the battery doesn't even last 12 hours. And the one LED that works has a dimly lit center even in Off mode.  Very disappointing since I got this about a year ago as a gift for Father's Day.

My green lights seem to blink like they did before. I’m not sure what the problem is. I just wish it was in early April instead of the middle of June. The 1 year warranty ran out in April.

My 1 year warranty expired in April. This has been a very disappointing experience with Fitbit. I should’ve gone with the Apple Watch like my son and daughter. Looks like that’ll be my next purchase.

And now the Blaze isn’t keeping track of my sleep! I’m pretty pissed.
