Blaze heart rate won't display

Blaze has worked like a champ for two months, it charged over night. Took it out of the cradle, inserted it in the band and headed out for a workout. Heart rate will not display.
Restarted blaze three times, heart rate displayed for approximately 3 minutes. But then went off and failed to display again, I have restarted it again with no luck. It appears one green light on the back of the blaze flashing when not on wrist. As you're looking at the rear of the blaze.
Have placed it back in the cradle and plugged it in. Appears it did not fully charge last night, not sure if that has something to do with It.

This happened to me as well.  The green LEDs were blinking, but the heart rate wasn't being read at all.  Soon after, my Blaze stopped tracking my sleep, then stopped tracking my active minutes and hourly activity.  I contacted Fitbit, and after they told me several times to try restarting it, which I already had, they agreed to replace it.

Your best bet is going to be to contact support. I'd suggest contacting them via phone. Shut it down and then finish charging it and see how that affects things. Then shut it down again for at least 30 seconds.

If only one green light is working as opposed to both of them, something may be wrong with the tracker itself, in which case the tracker may need to be replaced. Maybe fitbit support can trouble shoot it better though.

Hello @Lmoss114 welcome to the Fitbit Community. I would suggest to turn off the heart rate and sync your tracker, then turn it on and sync one more time. If after this your heart rate is not working properly please review the following article: WHAT IMPACTS THE ACCURACY OF MY HEART RATE READING?. Then if your heart rate is not working follow @fudge22 advise and reach out to our support team so they can assist you. @benne070 thanks for your cooperation!

I'll be around if you have any questions! 🙂

OK so my fitbit blaze stopped displaying the heart rate completely for the last 3 weeks. I tried rebooting the blaze and also followed many suggestions to switch the hr mode to on and not auto. But all failed. Finally before giving up totally I decided to remove the blaze (device) from the app and then reboot the watch. To my surprise the hr started displaying on the blaze. And then added it again to the app. All back to normal now. Hope this helps others. Cheers
