Hi, I bought a new Fitbit Blaze yesterday and charged it overnight. This morning when I started to wear it, the screen went blank. I tried to restart it by holding the buttons as mentioned in the customer support page. But unable to restart it even after trying several times.
Please help.

One is a few months old, and stopped working all together today. I tried charging it, thinking the battery was dead, it just got really hot. I tried resetting and nothing happens. I'm lost as well. I'm goinbtonget ahold of Fitbit next week.

Regarding to your Blaze issue, I would like to know if you have already get in touch with our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?
