Hi all,

I have a problem with my Fitbit Blaze. I've been for a run this morning which is showing on the app in the exercise section, however the step count it wrong and it shows calories burned and active minutes as 0. When I look on my dashboard it shows the right step count but again shows 0 under calories burned and active minutes. Is there a way to rectify this?

Hi Alejandra,

Thanks for your message. I found the cause of the issue was the DriveBit app that I use, it was running at the same time so cancelled out the calories and active minutes. I deleted the Driving activity and this has solved the problem.

Welcome to the Community @JamesClark84. Sometimes the information might take a little time to update. But you can try a force sync by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
