Best AnswerIt was fine. For a day...
Yesterday it started again. restarting & restarting.. And this time, it won't stop. It has been already more than 12 hours of restarting. It started when I want to sync data after my sleep time.
Restart do nothing. I mean this "
But then not restarting it works perfect. counting accurate, heart ratio also, music control.

I got my shining new Blaze today. It has been 3.5 hours since I configured it - and it is still restarting. The screen shows a clock error - "change the clock type from your fitbit app" and then the watch restarts. brr... this is so horrible! 😐
I have the same problem. The restart logo appeared all the time, but it was non-responsive. I waited until the battery ran out and charged it again, but restart logo appeared again. Why would they sell this bad product?
Mine is doing the same thing! It will vibrate and say no new notifications, even though I have notifications turned off. Then it resets. Over and Over again.
Best AnswerI just started having this problem too. Have tried same things everyone above has mentioned. Also tried reconfiguring and drying out with desiccant.
Best AnswerI changed the watch face to Ace and it did that constant restarting. I saw the watch face didn't look right. Was missing the heart rate. I then I rebooted it. Same restarting. I then changed its watch face to nautical and clicked "sync now" and it stopped resetting.
I came across the same issue too when attempting to change the watch face. Is there a solution?

I am having the same challenge. I tried contacting customer support via Chat and explaining them the problem. While this problem seems to be widespread not sure why they wanted me to upload video that my fitibit is restarting in loop. I am also surprised that fitbit don't have ability to read the logs.
Any help greatly appreciated
I am having the exact same problem. My Fitbit Blaze has been restarting for the last two days non-stop.
I have tried rebooting the Fitbit by pressing the two buttons but it continues to have the issue when on again.
