I got a FitBit Blaze for christmas and everything has been working fine, until today. When I got to work this morning, I noticed my fitbit was not fully loading and the Fitbit logo keeps appearing and disappearing on the screen. I tried the reset (holding left and bottom buttons) and have also restarted my phone but nothing is working, is it broken? I haven't submerged it at all, why is this happening, is it a bug???

Yep, I'm having the exact same problem! Submitted a support email, but, If there's two of us having the exact same problem, there's probably many more.

I'm sorry you're both having problems with your trackers not working as they should.
@ZachFitty, you did just the right thing by getting in touch with the Support Team, I'm pretty sure they will be right back with you to help you out.
@ArcanGnus, I've also checked with the Support Team and it seems that they also have a case for you that they're working on, so you can expect to have this resolved soon.

I'm having the same issue.. This my second day using it... I really don't want a new one, so it could have this problem again since they obviously don't have a solution, I want my money back!
