Hi there,
My Blaze has recently been turning itself off, even when fully charged. I have tried a reset but this does not work, the only way to wake it up again is to plug it into the charger.
Is this a common problem?
Thanks in advance.
Kev

Mine does the exact same thing. Started last week and now today I have had to put it on the charger 3 times (will not turn on otherwise) so far to awaken it. It does not track at all or keep the right time when it is shut down. What can we do? By the way it shows fully charged when working!!!

Hi @oohemjae
This is exactly the answer I received... very very disappointing.
We have 3 Blazes in the family, and from now on I tell you: NO MORE Fitbit stuff allowed in the family.
The product and the service is terrible. Not having repair service is totally unacceptable.
Do you know that make with an small apple as logo?
That is absolutely my new brand. No more doubts. It has nothing to do with the Fitbit sh....t
Here, my thoughts and experience.
Thanks.

Check Google for "fitbit blaze turns off randomly" and you'll see that it is an annoyingly common issue.
I have one that has been doing this for months now.
