Blaze left button will not work

My Blaze left button will not work. I have to double tap to get the Blaze to show time and then swipe for any of the other functions. I have tried to clean the button with a toothpick as was instructed but did not work. I used a can of air spray and that did not help. I have tried re-setting and that did not work.  Any suggestions?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
