I have recently changed from the charge HR to the blaze. I never had any issue with the charge but am having problems when syncing the blaze to the app on my phone.
I have iOS 10.2 and the latest blaze update VERSION 8.301.8. When I go into the Fitbit app the blaze says 'looking' and will not sync. The only way around this is to come out of the app, turn off Bluetooth and press and hold left and bottom right button on blaze until turns off. Then go back into app and turn on Bluetooth again. A bit time consuming and annoying when it happens pretty much everyone I try and sync.
Any ideas of how to solve this? Thank you.

It's great to welcome you @Hshep. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing with your phone, I recommend following the instructions provided in the I can't sync my tracker - iOS app post. After these steps your tracker should sync properly.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()

I am still having the same issue. As I said before, not every time, but on average every third or so time I try and sync.
I have followed your instructions as below. Any more ideas? Thanks.
Best AnswerI am constantly having this problem. Every few days, I'll open my FitBit app on my iPhone with the Bluetooth on, and the app will just say "Looking ..." and not sync. I have to turn off my Fitbit Blaze and turn it back on, and then my phone (which I have not touched during this process) will find the Blaze and sync correctly.
It's annoying to have to keep turning my FitBit Blaze off and back on so frequently. Isn't there a fix for this problem? This shouldn't be happening.
