Blaze no longer reading heart rate

Hi, I charged my Fitbit this afternoon and it's no longer tracking my heart rate. The lights are not on anymore. All the setting are on. Please help.

I have same problem even tried reset.... green light dead.  Only had fit bit 2 months.... return it.

I have the same problem as @Johnnyangel and @Gcchick2002. I've had my Fitbit Blaze for just under a month. Heartrate monitoring working fine until yesterday - as can be seen from average HR for recorded activities. Today it stopped displaying HR - just a hyphen/dash.

I've tried changing settings so that HR monitoring is 'On' rather than 'Auto'. Makes no difference. Green lights not flashing. I've not tried a factory reset (which I've seen suggested somewhere) as it seems drastic, I don't want to lose data and people seem to suggest this is unlikely to work anyway.

Should I just take it back to the retailer where I bought it?
