My Blaze has stopped syncing about a week ago with my iPhone 7. I’ve rebooted both, unpaired and repaired Bluetooth. It says it’s connecting and syncing, then either fails after many minutes or says it has synced today but no data shows up. When I ask it to manually sync after that it does nothing. It says it’s connected to my phone.
Hoping to get this fixed ASAP because I’m training for a marathon!

I have the same problem. I have the Ionic as well and both have worked on the app all along. Now the Blaze does not sync. And the reading from the two are very different.

Welcome to the Community @Nursesarahrah and @Canagirl it's great to see you around.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. If you keep having syncing issues, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
