Blaze not charging (UK)

Bought 2 Blaze, got this one from Caroline last year. I cannot charge them, just have the “dots” that flash on and off. None of the chargers work, reset doesn’t work.

 

Please help, what do I do?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your trackers aren't charging, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps, test your devices.
