yes I was connecting the charger to the PC connector - so first I used a cue tip and cleaned all the connectors, then I switched to another outlet ........seems better. But the problem is the black box is not closing correctly or tight enough - be sure you see the battery begin charging - if not - may have to get a new charger???

Best AnswerI had an online chat with Fitbit. I was told to hold the left button in and the lower right button. I got the battery outline with one red line. I was then instructed to sync my Blaze. It worked. I was told to let it charge for a few hours.

Best AnswerNow that I have learned that I must sync every day my Blaze is working fine. In fact it is now set on my Apple phone to sync automatically - I just tap sync and it is done. Charger working fine after switching to another connection.
Best AnswerI've just started to have the same problem. Unable to charge tracker fully. Once in cradle it shows that it's charging but it never fully charges and when removed (after several hours in the pod), the tracker still shows a low charge.
