Blaze not charging

Have had Fitbit since Christmas and it's not charging won't let me setup have tried to reset it twice and when connected to computer says battery nearly empty but won't charge

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post regarding the battery issue. Now about the setup topic, please confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
