Blaze not charging

I just bought the Blaze, and needed to charge it in order to complete the set up process. I have tried charging the fitbit for over 3 hours in 2 different laptops, however the fitbit wont charge past 4 red bars. I have also tried reseting the fitbit with no change in results.

It's great to welcome you @SunsetRunner, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your Blaze isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After those steps, test your tracker.

Hi,

 

Thank you for your help. It turns out the fitbit was faulty. I took it back to the store i bought it from and they offered a replacement 🙂

You are welcome @SunsetRunner, I am glad to hear that you received a replacement. To set it up, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
