The Bluetooth is not on my Fitbit Blaze. I've reset it several times.

A warm welcome to the Community @Cookie22. Keep in mind that once you setup your Blaze, it will automatically connect with your phone's Bluetooth, you just need to make sure that it is on. I am glad to hear that your tracker is now working properly. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.
